
Angela Rose Cakes' Journey
Angela Rose's Jamaican Fruit & Rum cake originated from a recipe passed down to me by my mother and grandmother who both came to Britain in the 1950s. Growing up in London, I observed as they cooked and baked culinary delights from the land they loved but left behind. Our heritage Jamaican Fruit and Rum Cake was the centrepiece of every family celebration.

Our Jamaican Fruit & Rum cake is packed full of the finest ingredients. Unrefined dark brown sugars and molasses, free-range eggs and butter, spices, Jamaican rum-soaked vine fruits, all blended to perfection with tantalizing aromas. Over the years we have refined the recipe, preserving the rich, moist texture and distinctive taste that brings the warmth of the Caribbean sunshine to you. Our cake is undeniably "luxury in every bite".
Between 2016 and 2020 we supplied Angela Rose’s Jamaican Fruit & Rum cake to several restaurants in and around Central London. Its appeal and popularity on the dessert menu was the same in all the following restaurants
The Jamaican Grill House - Soho, The Rum Kitchen (Brixton, Notting Hill and Carnaby St) and Tracks and Records - Usain Bolt’s Restaurant in Liverpool Street.
